* Critique of BJP: He criticized the previous Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) governments, stating that despite ruling for a long period, they never took the courage to implement the PESA law, whereas the Mahagathbandhan government has fulfilled public aspirations.
* Jharkhand Becomes 10th State: According to Dr. Kumar, Jharkhand will become the 10th state in the country to implement the PESA law.
* Importance of PESA: He explained that the main objective of the PESA law is to empower the tribal populations in the Fifth Schedule areas through their Gram Sabhas.
