CP Singh and Sanjay Seth's valuable contribution in the construction of Ratu Road Elevated Corridor: Nitin Gadkari
Ranchi: To give the gift of schemes in Jharkhand, Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari left from Delhi on Thursday morning at 8:00 and reached Ranchi Airport at 10:00. From Ranchi Airport, he went to Garhwa by helicopter and laid the foundation stone and inaugurated the schemes there. Due to heavy rain, his helicopter got stuck in Gaya, due to which the crowd of thousands who had come for the inauguration of the Elevated Corridor located in Ratu Road, Ranchi got disturbed. Everyone wanted the Elevated Corridor to be inaugurated as soon as possible.
Nitin Gadkari reached the venue at 7:00 pm and while addressing the gathering, he said that long ago, Ranchi MLA CP Singh had demanded an Elevated Corridor in Ratu Road and had proposed it. After this, Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth got behind this proposal. After his tireless efforts, he got the elevated corridor of Ratu Road constructed. His hard work paid off and today Ranchi has become a pioneer in becoming a jam-free city.
On this occasion, Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth made some demands. He said that for 40 years I have been seeing the problem of traffic jam in Ratu Road, which used to disturb me a lot. For this, I had also agitated in 1983 and 1985. Since then, the dream of constructing a flyover was in my mind. With the support of Nitin Gadkari, this gift for Ranchi will become an inspiration for the future. On this occasion, he said that Gadkari should get Sohrai painting done on the pillars of Ratu Road elevated corridor. Along with this, Ranchi Angoda Muri Silli Road four-lane highway should be constructed to improve transport. A population of 19 to 20 lakhs is settling in Ranchi, so Ranchi needs a ring road.
Sanjay said that Gadkari should get Sohrai painting done on the pillars of Ratu Road elevated corridor. Nitin Gadkari said that the work of painting the pillars will be completed with Sohrai painting, a proposal should be made for this and it should be included under the beautification program. To make Ranchi jam free, ring roads are required from all sides, keeping in mind his proposal, a cost of Rs 600 crore will be approved, while referring to Nagpur, he said that the first pilot project of electric bus has started in Nagpur, its tender has also been done, on the proposal of Sanjay Seth, the second electric bus pilot project will be in Ranchi.
