World Environment Day celebrated in Civil Court Ranchi

 

Ranchi: On the occasion of World Environment Day, a special program was organized for environmental protection in the Civil Court premises, Ranchi. This program was held under the guidance of Anand Prakash, Judicial Commissioner (in-charge), Ranchi.

       On this occasion, Ashoka trees were planted in the Civil Court premises. Many judicial officers participated in this tree plantation program, prominently Rajesh Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Justice-2, Family Court, Ranchi, Arvind Kumar-2, Additional Judicial Magistrate-20, Ranchi, Kuldeep, Additional Judicial Magistrate-11, Ranchi, Ravi Narayan, Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Secretary (in-charge), District Legal Services Authority, Ranchi.

      The objective of this program was to spread public awareness towards environmental protection and promote green environment. On this occasion, judicial officers expressed concern over the current state of the environment and appealed to everyone to play an active role in environmental protection. This tree plantation will not only increase the greenery of the Civil Court premises, but will also remind us of our collective responsibility to protect nature for future generations. The programme concluded with a pledge to continue working towards environmental sustainability.
