Fast and Transparent Disposal of Applications in Janata Darbar Across All Circles

Organised as per the directions of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Ranchi, Shri Manjunath Bhajantari

Hundreds of applications disposed of promptly; applicants express satisfaction

As per the directions of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Shri Manjunath Bhajantari, the regularly held Tuesday Janata Darbar was organised today across all circles of the district. Revenue-related applications were resolved promptly and transparently. Multiple matters such as certificate issuance, mutation, Register-II corrections, rent updation, disaster compensation approval, and social security-related cases were addressed.

In Sonahatu Circle, family membership certificates were issued to Parveen Ara of Birdidih and Sukhram Munda of Narsingh Lowadih. Dhananjay Mahato’s dependent from village Sawdih received a compensation of one lakh rupees for a road accident death. Ramshakl Singh Munda’s dependent from Ranadih received four lakh rupees as snakebite death compensation.

In Mandar Circle, an income certificate was issued to Shakeel Ansari of Nawatand. Land area correction was completed for 5 acres and 10.99 decimals belonging to Mahadev Toppo of Sevadi. A total of 58 applications were disposed of in Mandar.

In Angara Circle, the pending rent updation in the receipt of Jhaboolal Mahato of village Childag was completed. A total of 93 applications, including mutation, certificates, and Register-II corrections, were resolved.

In Argora Circle, 108 applications were disposed of, including 9 related to Register-II corrections, 12 related to family lists, 40 pension approvals, 32 instant certificates, and 8 copies (nakal).

In Khalari Circle, 19 applications related to caste, residence, income, family, conduct, and instant certificates were resolved. Silly Circle disposed of 61 applications, while Chanho Circle resolved 75 cases, covering mutation, register corrections, and various certificates. Ratu Circle disposed of 91 cases.
Bero Circle recorded the highest disposals with 153 applications, while Nagri Circle resolved 71 cases. Several other circles also disposed of multiple applications.

Administrative Commitment

The Ranchi district administration is committed to ensuring timely, transparent, and effective resolution of public grievances through Janata Darbar. Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Shri Manjunath Bhajantari has instructed all circles to prioritise revenue-related matters, expedite pending cases, and ensure service delivery with public convenience as the foremost priority.
