Home Secretary Vandana Dadel inspects Morabadi Ground ahead of State-Level Appointment Letter Distribution Programme scheduled on 28 November
Necessary instructions issued to officials regarding preparations
To finalise the preparations for the appointment letter distribution programme proposed to be held at Morabadi Ground, Home Secretary, Government of Jharkhand, Vandana Dadel inspected the venue today. She reviewed the arrangements in detail and directed the concerned officials to ensure proper and timely preparations.
During the inspection, the Home Secretary reviewed major components including seating arrangements, stage management, security planning, traffic management, VIP movement, emergency services, barricading, parking arrangements, entry and exit routes, and sound system facilities. She instructed officials to ensure that candidates and invited guests do not face any inconvenience during the event and directed all departments to work in close coordination.
