Jharkhand/Ranchi : The Jharkhand government has transferred 30 IPS officers. Anurag Gupta, the state DGP, has been relieved of his charge of the CID and ACB. The Home, Prisons, and Disaster Management Department issued a notification in this regard late Thursday night.
According to the notification, Rakesh Ranjan, the SP of West Singhbhum (Chaibasa), has been appointed the new SSP of Ranchi. Meanwhile, Wireless DG Prashant Singh has been given the additional charge of DG Headquarters, while Priya Dubey, the JAP ADG, has been appointed ADG of ACB.

Sunil Bhaskar has been appointed Bokaro Zonal IG.
IG Provision Patel Mayur Kanhaiyalal has been given charge of the Dumka Zonal IG.
