Sudesh Mahto's address
JMM bargained for the Jharkhand movement: Sudesh Mahto
AJSU Party's central president and former deputy chief minister Sudesh Mahto has said in the foundation day ceremony that JMM bargained for the Jharkhand movement, while AJSU struggled. AJSU struggled from 1986 to 2000 without making any MPs or MLAs. Sudesh Mahto has said that the Hemant government is not engaged in theft and loot, but in robbery of the rights of the people. The public is fed up with this government in just six months. AJSU workers should prepare to overthrow the Hemant government. Mr. Mahato said that AJSU welcomes the announcement of caste census by the central government. Our demand is that reservation should be given on the basis of caste. Mr. Mahato said that comrades from Bengal and Odisha also played a role in the creation of Jharkhand. The longest battle going on within the state is the Jharkhand movement. He said that AJSU fought for Jharkhand and the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee created a separate state.
Mr. Mahato said that there is a need to take the state forward with a new thinking. The present Hemant government is doing politics by lying and misleading. Women were made the basis for gaining power and now the names of six lakh women are being removed from the Maiya Yojana. Who will be responsible for this.
Mr. Mahato said that the entire system is engaged in threatening the public. All crimes are being committed in the name of land. One land is being registered six times and the CO and the police station harass the real owner in favor of those who do fake registration. Shri Mahato said that neither planning policy nor displacement policy nor local policy has been made. This government is not concerned about the public.
