FJCCI to Give New Momentum to Skill Development; High-Tech Training Programs on AI and Digital Marketing Planned

The Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) has taken a significant step towards providing skilled human resources—aligned with future needs—to Jharkhand's industrial and business sectors. A detailed framework for modern, employment-oriented training programs was finalized during a meeting of the Skill Development Sub-committee held at the Chamber building on Saturday.
During the meeting, a consensus was reached to accelerate skill development activities by keeping the current and future requirements of industries and businesses in mind. It was decided to effectively implement the Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) signed with various institutions. Additionally, plans were made to regularly organize training programs on modern technologies for FJCCI members, entrepreneurs, and their employees.
Two important upcoming training programs were also announced during the meeting. A special training session on "AI in Business" is scheduled for August 3, 2026; Dr. Satyajit Mahato, a professor at BIT Mesra, will provide expert guidance on the commercial applications of Artificial Intelligence, enhancing productivity, decision-making processes, and future prospects.
Following this, a training program on "Digital Marketing" will be held on August 11, 2026. This session will be conducted by Amit Modi of Digi Crow and will cover detailed information on digital branding, social media marketing, online customer outreach, and modern marketing strategies.
The committee also decided that, in the future, regular training sessions, expert lectures, and industry-academia collaboration programs would be organized on various employment-oriented topics, including sales, marketing, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, leadership, personality development, and communication skills.
Confidence was expressed that these initiatives would provide Jharkhand's industries with a trained workforce, create new employment and self-employment opportunities for the youth, and give a new direction to skill development in the state. FJCCI Vice Presidents Pravin Lohia and Ram Bangar, Joint Secretary Rohit Poddar, Skill Development Sub-committee Chairmen Priyank and Alok Singh, and member Atul Agarwal were present at the meeting.
