Change in weather, capital comes to a standstill, life helpless

 

Ranchi: On Sunday, it rained for 45 minutes, due to which water entered many houses, making life difficult for the people. The public is cursing the corporation that no management is done for the disaster that comes every year, the administration remains a spectator. Water fills up to the waist in many streets and people are imprisoned in their homes. With the changing weather in the capital, the capital comes to a standstill during the rainy season and the life of the people seems helpless.
