Ranchi: It rained in Panchsheel Nagar, Shahdev Nagar, Shanti Nagar, Radha Nagar of the capital and the streets become not just drains but rivers. Locals said that floods come and crabs and snakes also come with the flow of water.

   
  It would look like a natural disaster from outside but the people of the local houses are enjoying sips of tea and they say that it happens every year, what's new. People stay in their homes like holidays, progress stops here. If the family of those who live like a holiday needs medical help on such an occasion, then not only the ambulance but no one can reach.

   At the same time, a board of 'Beware of dangerous drain' has been put up in Panchsheel Nagar's road number three in which three farmers died. Locals said that while returning from the market after selling vegetables, three farmers were swept away along with their bicycles and their bodies were found after seven days.
