JPSC-2 appointment scam: DSP Radha Prem Nagesh surrenders, gets bail

 

Ranchi: After the surrender of chargesheeted Mukesh Kumar Mahato in the JPSC second civil service appointment scam, JAP DSP Radha Prem Nagesh also surrendered in the CBI special court on Tuesday. The court granted bail. The court had recently granted him the facility of anticipatory bail. He surrendered in the court under the condition and got bail. In the same case, accused DSP Mukesh Kumar Mahato also surrendered in the court and got bail earlier. Let us tell you that on March 7, the court took cognizance of the charge sheet filed against 64 accused including 26 corrupt officers and issued summons.
