Ranchi: Completing the investigation against the accused Deepak Kumar Singh, Ankit Kumar Singh and Ankush Kumar Singh alias Lucky, who were arrested before committing any major crime, the investigating officer of the case Subodh Kumar has filed a charge sheet in the Civil Court Ranchi. This has increased the difficulties of the accused. On the basis of secret information, Bariatu police station in-charge Manoj Kumar had caught some boys of Kalu Lama gang planning to commit a major crime in the Munda Hotel premises on Boria Road on the night of March 6. The charge sheet has been filed in the organized crime case along with the Arms Act. The police had recovered pistol and bullets from the accused. The court of Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance of the charge sheet filed. Now police papers will be handed over to the accused in the case. For this, the court has fixed the date of May 23.
