Lohardaga Police have solved the cases involving an attempted robbery at a jewelry shop, an attempted snatching at a petrol pump, and the murder of 'Priya Store' owner Shubham Kumar—all occurring on July 30—within 48 hours.
Following a technical investigation and a series of raids, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) arrested the prime accused, Lal Roshan Nath Shahdev, and his accomplice, Hasmath Raja, from Oyana village. Acting on information provided by the accused, the police recovered the country-made pistol used in the murder, a live .315 bore cartridge, and a mobile phone.
According to the police, raids are currently underway in Ranchi to recover the motorcycle used in the incident. Both accused have been remanded to judicial custody.
