Impact of traffic block on the Kita-Silli rail section: Several trains cancelled, others partially operated

Train operations have been modified for July 28, 2026, due to a traffic block undertaken for development work on the Kita-Silli rail section under the Ranchi Railway Division. The Railways has appealed to passengers to check the status of their trains before commencing their journey.
Trains with partial termination/origination
13503/13504 Barddhaman–Hatia–Barddhaman MEMU Express
Will partially terminate and partially originate at Gomoh station. Operations between Gomoh, Hatia, and Gomoh will remain cancelled.
➡️ 18035/18036 Kharagpur–Hatia–Kharagpur Express
Will partially terminate and partially originate at Adra station. The train will not run between Adra, Hatia, and Adra.
➡️ 63597/63598 Asansol–Ranchi–Asansol MEMU Passenger
Will partially terminate and partially originate at Muri station. Operations between Muri, Ranchi, and Muri will remain cancelled.
