Organ donation can give a new lease of life to many: Chief Minister
Ranchi, June 16: Chief Minister Hemant Soren attended a workshop on Organ and Tissue Donation held on Monday at a hotel in Bariatu, Ranchi. Speaking on the occasion, he remarked that organ donation can bring new hope and happiness to the lives of many people.
The Chief Minister emphasized the need to raise public awareness regarding organ donation. He stated that the government, health institutions, social organizations, and the general public must work together to achieve this. He described organ donation as a symbol of humanity, compassion, and social responsibility.
The event was organized by the MOHAN Foundation. Several dignitaries, including Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari, were present on the occasion.
