The status of pending demarcation applications, record correction works, preparation and submission of land-related reports required by different departments, and disposal of public grievance cases received under grievance redressal mechanisms were also reviewed. Special instructions were given to closely examine cases related to double Jamabandi.

The Deputy Commissioner stated that revenue work is an important part of public service and any laxity in this regard will not be tolerated. He stressed timely disposal of pending cases, maintaining transparency and providing relief to the general public within the prescribed time frame.

The meeting was attended by Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar) Utkarsh Kumar, Additional Collector Ramnarayan Singh, Deputy Collector Land Reforms Mukesh Kumar, District Land Acquisition Officer K.K. Rajhans, Special Officer Moni Kumari, along with officials from the Transport, Social Welfare and Social Security departments, and all Circle Officers, revenue staff and other concerned officials of the district.
