District-Level Hackathon Competition for PM-SHRI Schools Held in Lohardaga
Lohardaga: A district-level inter-school hackathon competition for PM-SHRI schools was organized on March 16 at the District Chief Minister's Model School (Nadia Hindu), Lohardaga. The event was jointly inaugurated by DEO Das Sunanda Chandramouleshwar and District Education Superintendent Abhijit Kumar. The competition was conducted across two groups—Classes 6–8 and Classes 9–12—covering various themes, including migration, drought-resilient farming, zero dropouts, "The Village of My Dreams," and local heritage. The DEO remarked that a hackathon serves as an effective medium for fostering children's creativity and problem-solving abilities. Students from various schools participated in the competition. The winning teams were honored with certificates and mementos, while all participants received consolation prizes. The program was anchored by Jitendra Mittal.
