NIC Book on E-Governance Initiatives in Jharkhand Released
Ranchi: Abhishek Singh (Director General, National Informatics Centre—NIC), Deepak Kumar (Deputy Director General), and Omesh Prasad Sinha (Scientist ‘F’) paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the Chief Minister's Chamber located within the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. During this meeting, the Chief Minister unveiled a "Coffee Table Book" prepared by the NIC. The book provides a detailed account of the various e-governance projects, digital services, and technological innovations implemented in Jharkhand through the NIC. The officials briefed the Chief Minister on the ongoing efforts to strengthen digital administration in the state and to enhance the effectiveness of government services through technology. Chief Secretary Avinash Kumar was also present on this occasion.
