Jharkhand/Ranchi: The court of Justice Ambuj Nath of Jharkhand High Court has granted bail to Shiv Sharma alias Kumar Shivendra alias Raju Sharma, who is in jail on charges of illegal arms recovery and conspiracy to collect levy from the company manager. Advocate Aman Kumar Rahul argued on his bail on behalf of the petitioner. After hearing the petition filed, the court granted bail on two personal bonds of 20 thousand each. Shiv Sharma's name is associated with the infamous Aman Srivastava gang. Deepak Kumar, the accused in the case, has also been granted bail on September 2.
A named FIR has been registered against the accused in Patratu police station on January 6 against a total of nine people. According to the case, on January 6, 2025, the police raided Alexa Resort, Talatand and arrested Deepak Kumar and Shahadat Ansari. During the search, a loaded 9mm pistol and live cartridges were recovered from car number JH-01FH-8859.
