Meeting held regarding preparations for Recruitment Test Exam 2025

 

Ranchi: Divisional Commissioner, South Chotanagpur Division, Ranchi held a meeting with the concerned officials regarding the preparations for the RT-III examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission under the chairmanship of Commissioner Anjani Kumar Mishra in the office room. In the meeting, the UPSC RTS exam to be held on 15 June 2025 was discussed in detail. The RT-III exam is scheduled from 9:30 am to 11:30 am in the first shift. Government Girls +2 High School, Bariatu, Ranchi has been made a sub-center for the examination. A total of 527 students will participate in the examination. He said that no other programs of any kind will be held at the said examination sub-center on 14 & 15 June 2025. He said that the deputed officer will ensure to deliver the packets of question papers on time and after completion, submit the answer sheet and other necessary documents to the GPO. He directed the police department to depute police force with all the officers and the deputed police team should ensure timely reporting to the Concern Officer on the date of examination.

   For maintaining law and order at all the examination sub-centres, a police force of four along with the static magistrate and a separate police team consisting of three men and two women will be compulsorily deputed, who will ensure frisking of the candidates with metal detectors while entering the centre. The concerned Assistant Coordinating Supervisor and the concerned police officer must establish contact with each other before the date of examination so that no problem of any kind arises on the day of examination.

    All the deputed local inspecting officers will inspect the examination centres a day before the examination and ensure all necessary arrangements. After the completion of the examination, the concerned local inspecting officer will ensure to submit the attendance statement related to the examination, jammer installation related form and inspection report to the working control room.

   The identity card of the candidates will be matched with the admit card. Keep in mind that the candidate should not have any kind of electronic device. All will strictly follow the guidelines of UPSC. It was said that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated. All officers will discharge their duties faithfully.

   Commissioner's Secretary Alok Kumar, Zonal Officer, Sonahatu Manoj Kumar Mahatha, Block Development Officer Kanke, Vijay Kumar, Police Officer, Child Development Officer, Mandar Sujata Kumari, Child Development Officer Nagdi, Lakshmi Bharti, and other officers were present in the meeting.
