The number of corona positive active patients in Ranchi increased to 16: CS

 

Ranchi: Corona cases are increasing rapidly in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. A total of 27 people were tested for corona in Ranchi district on Wednesday. Ranchi Civil Surgeon Dr. Prabhat Kumar has released an update report of corona test on Wednesday, out of which seven were found corona positive. The total active cases in Ranchi have increased to 16. A total of 432 people have been tested for corona in Ranchi district till June 11.

    So far one patient has died of corona in RIMS Ranchi. However, the deceased was suffering from many other diseases along with being corona positive.

    Experts say that the scope of corona testing should be increased so that the increasing cases of corona can be stopped in time. Also, there is a need to make people aware to maintain social distance, use masks in crowded areas. Expert doctors say that this variant of corona is less fatal but elderly people and patients suffering from other diseases need to be cautious.
