Grievance redressal camp organized in Magadh-Sanghamitra area: CCL

 

Ranchi: A grievance redressal camp was organized in Magadh-Sanghamitra area of ​​CCL on Tuesday under the guidance of Director (Human Resources), CCL Headquarters, Ranchi. During the grievance redressal camp, a meeting was held to settle pending cases in Magadh-Sanghamitra area and Piparwar area of ​​CCL and to resolve the grievances of the company's employees, dependents of employees, contract workers and other beneficiaries.

   A total of 30 complaints were registered in this camp. The complaints received were mostly related to delay in payment of CMPF/pension and apart from this some were related to job/service matters and contract workers. After knowing the pending cases of the complainants of the concerned area, some cases were resolved and assurance of timely and specific solution of the complaints was given. It is known that in the last year 2024-25, a total of seven such camps were organized by CCL and in this year 2025-26 also 12 such grievance redressal camps are to be organized by CCL.

  On the occasion, Kavita Gupta, General Manager (HR/Manpower/Solution) from CCL Headquarters, Ranchi, Rajiv Ranjan Sharma, General Manager (Solution Cell), Gautam Chaudhary, Chief Manager (Solution Cell), Shikha Awasthi, Assistant Manager (HR), from Magadh-Sanghamitra area, Dhananjay Kumar Singh, Staff Officer (Mining), Rajiv Kumar Sinha, Staff Officer (W&P), Dilip Kumar Singh, Project Officer, Sanghamitra Project, Manik Kujur, Staff Officer (HR), Pawan Singh, Manager (Finance), Abhishek Anand, Deputy Manager (HR), Digvijay Kumar, Nodal Officer (CSR) and from Piparwar area, Ravi Bara Manager (HR), Hemchand Mahato, Manager (HR), Arun Kumar Mahato, Deputy Manager (HR) were present.
