Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari reviewed the Chatra aircraft accident and expressed grief over the deaths of seven people
Seven people tragically died when a charter air ambulance/light aircraft crashed near Simaria (Chatra). On the instructions of Hemant Soren, Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari arrived at Chatra Sadar Hospital overnight and inspected the site. He held a high-level review meeting with the Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police, and Civil Surgeon to review the progress of the rescue operation and investigation.
The Minister directed a detailed investigation of the black box, ATC communication logs, maintenance records, and DGCA compliance. He warned of strict action if negligence was found. The government has assured all possible assistance and compensation to the affected families.
