Ranchi: Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth has reached Moscow, the capital of Russia, on an official visit on behalf of the Government of India. On his arrival in Moscow, he was formally welcomed by Indian Ambassador Vinay Kumar and Major General Oleg Moleshev of the Russian Defense Ministry. Minister Sanjay Seth will represent India in the Victory Day Parade to be held in Moscow on May 9. During this, he will also participate in many important meetings including meeting top defense officials of Russia. The Victory Day Parade is celebrated every year in memory of the Soviet victory in the Second World War and is considered a major military event of Russia.
