These remarks were made by Hafizul Hasan, the Minister for Minority Welfare.
He was addressing the state-level seminar titled "The Preamble of the Indian Constitution and the Citizen"—organized jointly by the Indian Association of Lawyers (IAL) Jharkhand Chapter and Hoffman Law Associates at the XISS Auditorium, Ranchi—as the chief guest.
The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and the reading of the Preamble to the Constitution. A large number of advocates from various districts of Jharkhand participated in the seminar.
