State Government’s Flagship Programme ‘Aapki Yojana–Aapki Sarkar–Aapke Dwar’ to Begin from 21 November; Camps to Be Organized Across All 53 Wards of Ranchi
Ranchi: The State Government’s ambitious public welfare initiative Aapki Yojana–Aapki Sarkar–Aapke Dwar is scheduled to begin on 21 November 2025 and will continue till 15 December 2025. To ensure easy access to various government services for the citizens of Ranchi, special camps will be organized in all 53 wards of the Ranchi Municipal Corporation.
In this context, a key meeting was held on 19 November 2025 under the chairmanship of Administrator Sushant Gaurav, attended by municipal officers and staff.
The Administrator stated that the programme will be organized in a grand and systematic manner so that maximum citizens can avail government services without any hindrance. He directed all concerned branches to ensure smooth camp operations, wide publicity, proper arrangements, and timely disposal of applications. He stressed the need for coordinated efforts to ensure the success of the programme in every ward.
Key Instructions Issued During the Meeting
- A widespread awareness campaign should be conducted at the local level for each ward’s camp to ensure maximum participation.
- All received applications must be processed in a timely manner, ensuring on-the-spot service disposal wherever possible.
- Complete information about municipal services should be provided to applicants at the camp site.
- Complaints received from citizens should be resolved promptly.
- A help desk must be set up at every camp location for the convenience of citizens.

- Ward 02 — Edalhatu, near Jogo Pahad
The meeting was attended by Deputy Administrator Ravindra Kumar, Superintending Engineer, Executive Engineer, Assistant Administrator, Office Superintendent, City Manager, City Mission Manager, and other staff members.
Municipal Services to Be Provided Under the Programme
- Birth registration for children within 30 days of birth
- Death registration within 30 days of the incident
- Updating information regarding installation of rainwater harvesting systems
- New water connection or regularization
- Water tax payment
- Application for Municipal Trade License
- Renewal of Municipal Trade License
- Registration of lodges, hostels, dormitories, and banquet halls
- Application for PM Awas Yojana – Urban
- Application for Labour Card under Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana
- Applications under PM SVANidhi
- Vendor certificate/licence applications
- Applications for Self-Help Groups
- Applications for Mudra Loan (SEP-I) for small shopkeepers
- Free health check-up camp
- Blanket distribution to identified needy individuals
- Self-assessment of house tax and payment of property tax
- Correction of clerical errors in property tax records
- Payment of Solid Waste User Charges
