After which one can reach the menu-driven system, which supports both English and Hindi languages. After that the citizen has to enter the holding number. This will give him information about how much tax he owes to the corporation. The link to pay will be visible on WhatsApp itself, through which he can make the payment through various means. An online receipt will also be available on WhatsApp itself. This process will be completed within two minutes.
