Marwari Community to Gather in Deoghar on July 19; Preparations Complete for the Third Executive Committee Meeting of the Jharkhand Provincial Marwari Sammelan
Ranchi: The third one-day executive committee meeting of the Jharkhand Provincial Marwari Sammelan (for the 2025–27 term) will be held on July 19 at the Jain Temple in Deoghar. All preparations for this significant meeting have been finalized. Hosted by the Deoghar District Marwari Sammelan, the event is expected to see the participation of over 200 delegates from across the state.
Vinod Kumar Jain, the Provincial General Secretary, and Sanjay Sarraf, Joint General Secretary and Spokesperson, stated that the meeting would be presided over by Provincial President Suresh Chandra Agrawal. The agenda includes a detailed review of the organization's current activities, as well as extensive deliberations on future action plans, the expansion of social service initiatives, and strategies to make the organization stronger and more effective.
During the meeting, the proceedings of the previous executive committee meeting will be ratified. Additionally, the Provincial General Secretary will present a detailed report on the organization's activities. Audited financial statements (income and expenditure) will also be approved to further strengthen the organization's financial transparency and accountability.
Proposals regarding amendments to the Sammelan's constitution will be discussed in detail, and necessary decisions will be taken. Former Provincial Presidents of the organization will share their experiences, guide the members, and offer valuable suggestions to elevate the Sammelan to new heights.
A roadmap for upcoming social, cultural, and public service programs will also be prepared during the event. Delegates from various districts will present activities, suggestions, and plans from their respective regions to the executive committee, facilitating the effective expansion of the Sammelan's activities across Jharkhand.
Provincial General Secretary Vinod Kumar Jain mentioned that more than 20 delegates from Ranchi would participate, with a total attendance of over 200 delegates expected from various districts of Jharkhand.
