Number of Scholarship Beneficiaries Approved in Lohardaga
Lohardaga: In a meeting presided over by Deputy Commissioner Dr. Tarachand, the number of beneficiaries for the Pre-Matric and Post-Matric scholarship schemes for the financial year 2025-26 was approved. The committee unanimously endorsed extending benefits to 1,399 students under the Pre-Matric scheme and 3,389 students under the Post-Matric scheme.
During the meeting, necessary directives were also issued to the concerned officials to ensure that the benefits of these schemes reach the students in a timely manner. Present on the occasion were Deputy Development Commissioner Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat, ITDA Project Director Sushma Neelam Soreng, District Welfare Officer Saraswati Kachhap, among other officials.
