Jatra and Vikas Mela held in Lohardaga on Veer Budhu Bhagat's birth anniversary, Minister Deepika Pandey Singh honored him
Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Deepika Pandey Singh participated in the Jatra and Vikas Mela held in Lohardaga on the birth anniversary of immortal martyr Veer Budhu Bhagat and paid tribute by garlanding his statue. Several dignitaries, including MP Sukhdev Bhagat and former state Congress president Rajesh Thakur, were present. Folk dances and traditional performances showcased Jharkhand's cultural heritage, while departments provided information about government schemes. The minister said that the history of martyrs inspires the new generation and that protecting tribal rights is the government's primary responsibility.
