President Murmu, Amit Shah, and Kharge, among other dignitaries, extended greetings on the 93rd Air Force Day

 

New Delhi: On the 93rd Air Force Day, President Draupadi Murmu, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, among others, extended greetings, praising the courage, dedication, and patriotism of the brave soldiers.

President Draupadi Murmu, in a post shared on the social media platform X, said that the Indian Air Force has always demonstrated courage, dedication, and excellence. Congratulating the Air Force personnel, she said that they remain ready to serve the country in difficult circumstances and bring pride to the nation.

Home Minister Amit Shah extended greetings to the nation's sky guardians on Air Force Day. He said that the Indian Air Force not only fulfills the responsibility of national security but also remains at the forefront in serving the countrymen during natural disasters. He paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that the Indian Air Force is the epitome of courage, professionalism, and patriotism. He praised the Air Force's contribution to the nation's service.

Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi heartily saluted the Air Force heroes. He described their indomitable courage, sacrifice, and loyalty as an inspiration to the nation.

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal, writing "Nabhah Sprisham Deeptam" in Sanskrit, extended his heartfelt greetings to the Air Force personnel and said that the country will always be grateful for their service and sacrifice.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Delhi Government Minister Pravesh Verma, and former Union Minister Anurag Thakur congratulated the sky-guards on Air Force Day.

Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar said that the Indian Air Force protects the dreams of over 1.4 billion citizens of the country with courage and dedication. He expressed pride in being associated with the Air Force and wished everyone a Happy Air Force Day.

Indian Air Force Day is celebrated every year on October 8. It is celebrated as the anniversary of the formation of the Indian Air Force in the year 1932. The Indian Air Force was established during the British Raj.
