West Bengal/Darjeeling: Dudhiya iron bridge has collapsed due to rising water level of Balasan River due to continuous rains. The incident took place on Siliguri-Mirik road on Sunday morning. No casualties were reported in the incident. Siliguri-Mirik road has been completely closed due to the collapse of the bridge. The Mirik administration is monitoring the situation by reaching out on occasion.
