Jharkhand/Ranchi: Minister Deepika Pandey Singh stated that the government's effort is to ensure that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds are not limited to projects but directly touch the lives of people in health, education, employment, environment, and rural development. It should be ensured that the benefits of CSR funds reach the common people directly.
The Minister was speaking at a media organization's event in Ranchi on Saturday. She stated that in recent years, many initiatives have been taken, such as hospital construction, skill development, employment generation, and new facilities for farmers. Despite this, more attention needs to be paid to basic amenities like drinking water and health in rural areas.
The Minister assured that the government is continuously working in this direction so that CSR can become a means for the true upliftment of society and communities.
