Inclusive thinking is bothering BJP: Minister Irfan Ansari

 

Ranchi: Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari has completely rejected the allegations made by BJP state president Babulal Marandi regarding the RIMS-2 project and has called him the flag bearer of the politics of lies. He said that Babulal Marandi is pretending to be a well-wisher of the tribals, while the reality is that there is no one bigger anti-tribal than him. When Raghuvar Das's government destroyed the land of the tribals in the name of building Vidhan Sabha Bhawan and Smart City, why was Babulal Marandi silent? Where did his sensitivity sleep then? At that time, neither did he have the pain of the tribals in his heart, nor did he remember the Constitution.

     Dr. Ansari said bluntly that RIMS-2 is not being built on the private agricultural land of any tribal or farmer, but it is proposed on land completely owned by the state government. He said that spreading lies and misleading people is an old trick of the BJP. Babulal Marandi deliberately wants to do cheap politics by instigating the tribal society. The people of Jharkhand have come to know that Babulal Marandi is neither a leader of stable ideology nor a well-wisher of the people. When he was not in BJP, he used to call himself secular. Today, when he is in BJP, he is only looking for political ground by playing the tribal card.

       Dr. Ansari reminded that when the BJP office was forcibly constructed on tribal land in Jamtara during the Raghuvar Das government, he kept quiet on tribal interests. Was that not tribal land? Was there no constitution at that time? Why did his tribal sensitivity not awaken at that time?

     The Health Minister further said that the RIMS-2 project is the dream of the people of Jharkhand. A dream that is a historic step towards better health services, state-of-the-art treatment facilities and accessible treatment to the weaker sections. A large number of patients from all over the state come to RIMS for treatment, there is extreme pressure on the hospital. The construction of RIMS-2 will distribute the burden of health services and patients will be able to get immediate and quality treatment. This decision is completely in public interest. He also said that Hemant Soren's government is the government of the tribals and natives here, not of brokers like the BJP, but of the people. This government is taking along every section, every caste, every religion of Jharkhand. This inclusive thinking is bothering the BJP.

     Dr. Ansari advised Babulal Marandi that if he is really interested in the development of the state, then he should support welfare projects like RIMS-2 instead of opposing them. But it is sad that he is fighting only for his political existence, not for the interests of the people.

      We do not lie to the public. RIMS-2 is not being built on the land of the tribals, it is 100% government land. If Babulal Marandi has the courage, then he should present the facts, otherwise stop trying to gain cheap popularity.
