Ranchi: The meeting of Real Estate and Urban Development Sub-Committee of Jharkhand Chamber was held in Chamber Bhawan under the chairmanship of Sub-Committee Chairman Anchal Kinger and Alok Saraogi. It was said in the meeting that several correspondences have been made to the department to make builder registration valid for three years but no action has been taken. It was also discussed that stag parking is there in other states but it has not been recognized in Jharkhand yet, so it should be brought on the table soon. Sub-Committee Chairman Anchal Kinger and Alok Saraogi jointly said that the department has to review/improve the master plan and land use every five years, the government should consider this and take immediate action. It was also decided in the meeting that the Real Estate and Urban Development Sub-Committee will provide land for the construction of the new chamber, for this it was also agreed to write a letter to the government. Chamber President Paresh Gattani, General Secretary Aditya Malhotra, former President Pawan Sharma, Sub-Committee Chairman Anchal Kinger, Alok Saraogi, Member Vikas Modi, Sanjay Parshurampuriya, HS Bedi, Mukesh Pandey, Arun Bhartiya and other members were present on the occasion.
