Pledge to Bring Children Left Out of the ‘School Ruar 2026’ Campaign into the Educational Mainstream
A district-level workshop for the ‘School Ruar 2026 – Back to School’ campaign, organized under the Jharkhand Education Project, was held at the Naya Nagar Bhawan in Lohardaga. The program was inaugurated by public representatives and officials through the ceremonial lighting of a lamp. District Education Superintendent Abhijit Kumar stated that the objective of this campaign—scheduled to run from April 15 to April 30—is to ensure the enrollment of all children and to reintegrate dropouts back into the school system. Special emphasis will be placed on door-to-door surveys, awareness generation, and ensuring regular attendance. Describing education as a fundamental right, speakers underscored the importance of collective participation. The workshop witnessed the active participation of various government departments, teachers, Anganwadi workers, and other organizations.
