Compensation Payments Accelerated; Directives Issued to Complete Flyover Projects on Time
Ranchi, April 11, 2026: A review meeting regarding land acquisition and flyover projects was held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri. The Deputy Commissioner unequivocally stated that completing all development projects within their stipulated timelines is the highest priority. He directed the executing agencies to coordinate effectively and resolve any obstacles expeditiously.
While reviewing projects under the NHAI, instructions were issued to ensure the timely disbursement of payments to landholders by swiftly resolving all pending compensation cases. Emphasis was also placed on the progress of other projects—including the Kantatoli-Sirmtoli flyover—and directives were issued to accelerate the pace of work. Officials from the concerned departments were present at the meeting.
