Minority Seats Vacant in Peshrar; Deputy Commissioner Directs Immediate Acceleration of Application Process
In Lohardaga, a review of the enrollment status at Kasturba and Jharkhand Girls' Residential Schools was conducted under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Tarachand. During the meeting, it was revealed that while applications for seats have been received in most schools, two seats reserved for the minority category at the Jharkhand Girls' Residential School located in Peshrar remain vacant. The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officials to coordinate with the Peshrar Block Development Officer (BDO) to expedite the generation of applications and present them before the Enrollment Committee as soon as possible. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Education Department, school wardens, and elected public representatives.
