International Conference on Voter Registration to be Held in Ranchi in September
Ranchi: Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar announced that an international conference on the theme "Voter Registration and Voter Rolls" will be held in Ranchi from September 2 to 3, 2026. A meeting regarding the preparations for this event was held at the Nirvachan Sadan with co-conveners and representatives from knowledge partner institutions. He stated that experts from various countries, as well as representatives involved in election management, will participate in the conference; therefore, preparations must be ensured at all levels. The deadline for submitting abstracts for research papers has been set for April 30, with acceptance notifications to be issued by May 17. Full research papers must be submitted by July 24.
