Scooty and Mobile Theft Case Solved; Three Accused Arrested
The police in Ranchi have successfully cracked a case involving the theft of a scooty and a mobile phone. On the night of March 22, around 10:30 PM, Nishant Ekka was traveling from Satranji Bazaar to Namkum when, near NIFT College, he suddenly felt dizzy and sat down by the roadside. Upon regaining consciousness, he discovered that his Suzuki Access scooty and Samsung S23 Ultra mobile phone were missing. A case—Jagannathpur Police Station Case No. 57/26—was registered in connection with the incident, and an investigation was initiated. Based on technical analysis and intelligence inputs, the police arrested three accused individuals: Harsh Kumar, Prateek Kumar, and Shivam Kumar. The stolen scooty, the mobile phone, and a fake number plate were recovered from their possession. The raiding team was led by the Station In-charge, Digvijay Singh.
