PESA Rules for Jharkhand: A Historic Step, Set to Become a National Model – Deepika Pandey Singh
During a 10-day training camp organized under the 'Organization Building Campaign' at the TRTC in Guira, Chaibasa, Rural Development Minister Deepika Pandey Singh interacted with newly appointed District Congress Presidents from Jharkhand and Odisha. She stated that the enactment of the PESA Rules is a historic achievement, and the priority now lies in implementing them effectively at the grassroots level. She expressed confidence that this model would serve as an example for the entire country. Questioning the BJP's stance, the Minister also criticized the efforts being made to undermine MGNREGA. Several leaders, including K. Raju and Keshav Mahto Kamlesh, were present at the event.
