8792 Candidates Receive Appointment Letters on Government’s First Anniversary

CM Hemant Soren: Youth Power is Taking Jharkhand to New Heights

Ranchi. On the first anniversary of the Hemant Soren government’s second term, a state-level ceremony was held at Morabadi Ground where 8792 newly selected candidates received appointment letters. The Chief Minister said this marks a new chapter for the future of Jharkhand’s youth.


Joy and Sadness Together

CM Soren said the day is historic and exciting, yet emotionally heavy as Dishom Guru Shibu Soren is not present to witness it. He also paid tribute to reformer Jyotiba Phule.


16,000 Government Jobs This Year

The CM said over 16,000 youths got government jobs this year and 8,000 were employed in the non-government sector. He assured that the recruitment process will continue.


“Help One Youth Wherever You Are Posted”

The CM urged newly appointed candidates to support at least one local youth in their posting area, saying this could transform Jharkhand.


Transparent and Honest Recruitment

He said the government is conducting the recruitment process with complete honesty and transparency, despite opposition from some quarters.


Government Working for All Sections

The CM said the government is committed to tribals, dalits, backward classes, women, youth and the differently-abled. Efforts are being made to provide opportunities to educated as well as less educated youth.


Responsibility to Build Jharkhand

He said farmers, teachers, officers, women and youth all share the responsibility of shaping Jharkhand’s future.


Women Empowerment Clearly Visible

The CM highlighted the success of Mukhyamantri Maiyya Samman Yojana, saying many women have become self-reliant.
