Jharkhand/Ranchi: Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Wednesday participated in the "Jagriti Yatra" program organized at Guru Nanak School in Ranchi to mark the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. On this occasion, he listened to Shabad Kirtan and bowed his head to receive blessings.
The Governor, who attended the program as the chief guest, said that Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji sacrificed his life for the protection of religious freedom, humanity, and truth. His life is a source of inspiration for the entire society. The new generation should imbibe his ideals.
This Jagriti Yatra organized at Guru Nanak School is dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. The Yatra started from Guru Ke Bagh in Patna Sahib on September 17, 2025. After passing through several states, it reached Ranchi late last night. The Jagriti Yatra was given a grand welcome in Ranchi amidst an atmosphere of devotion and enthusiasm. A large number of people were present on the occasion.
