Jharkhand/Dhanbad: A fire broke out in the generator room at the third level of the Dhanbad Collectorate on Friday morning due to a short circuit. Fortunately, the security personnel deployed there alerted the fire brigade and the local police station in time, enabling the fire brigade to arrive on the scene and control the blaze. Several electrical equipment in the Collectorate were also destroyed in the incident. The Barwadda police station in-charge and the fire brigade are currently on the scene.
