Nepal/Kathmandu : A time has been fixed for a video conference conversation between Nepal's newly appointed interim PM Sushila Karki and India's PM Narendra Modi. This conversation will take place on Thursday at 11:30 am.
Nepal government's Chief Secretary Eknarayan Aryal said on Tuesday that earlier this conversation was scheduled for 3:30 pm today, but due to some technical reasons it has been postponed till the day after tomorrow. Due to national mourning in Nepal, the conversation has been postponed till the day after tomorrow.
PM Modi was the first foreign head of state to congratulate Sushila Karki after she assumed the post of PM. He also congratulated her by tweeting in Nepali.
