Chhattisgarh/Raipur
: For the financial year 2025–26, the Government of India has
released an additional amount of Rs 130 crore to Chhattisgarh. In this way, the
state government has so far received an amount of Rs 505 crore for the PM Jan
Arogya Yojana. The claims of private hospitals of the state are being paid
continuously from this amount.
This information was given today on Tuesday from the office of Chhattisgarh Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal. It is noteworthy that Chhattisgarh Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal had informed that Ayushman cardholder patients are being continuously treated by private hospitals registered under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana in the state. Currently, about 1,600–1,700 claims are being submitted every day, the amount of which is more than Rs 4 crore per day.
