Jharkhand/Khunti: The closing ceremony of a 10-day training program on mushroom cultivation conducted by Bank of India (RUDSETI) was held on Monday.
Rohit Kumar provided mushroom cultivation training to 31 trainees from various blocks of the district. Mushroom cultivation included detailed information on oyster and button mushroom cultivation, including the process of compost and spawn preparation. Mushroom bags were also created for practical training. Farmers were also provided with information on commercial mushroom cultivation. Following the training, evaluation and certification were conducted by Umesh Prakash Singh and Ashok Kumar from the National Academy of RUDSETI. Sushil Kumar, a senior faculty member and course coordinator of the program, briefed all trainees on the business aspects of the training. They were given information on the qualities of a successful entrepreneur, market management, and problem solving. They also completed loan applications for mushroom cultivation.
Sushil Kumar said that the bank will make every effort to provide them loans so that they can become self-reliant. R-City has been providing free training to unemployed youth of Khunti district throughout the year, connecting them with self-employment and working to help them become successful entrepreneurs. The Director of R-City honored all the trainees by giving them certificates. He said that you should make good use of the training you have received and promote the positive aspects of the training. He said that women are progressing in every field today and are playing a leading role in the development of the district. The Director encouraged everyone to join self-employment.
