Vice Presidential candidate CP Radhakrishnan felicitated in NDA meeting, will file nomination tomorrow morning

New Delhi: National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Vice Presidential candidate CP Radhakrishnan was felicitated in a meeting of ruling party MPs on Tuesday. During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and top leaders of BJP's allies felicitated Radhakrishnan. Radhakrishnan will file his nomination at 11 am on Wednesday. All Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members of NDA were present in the parliamentary party meeting held on Tuesday in GMC Balayogi Auditorium of Parliamentary Library Building. After the meeting, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju told the media that NDA candidate for Vice Presidential election CP Radhakrishnan was introduced in the meeting. NDA floor leaders, MPs warmly welcomed CP Radhakrishnan, congratulated him.

   He told that Prime Minister Modi introduced him in the NDA parliamentary party meeting. Along with the introduction, Prime Minister Modi has appealed that the entire party and MPs of all parties should unite and unanimously support the candidate decided by the NDA for the Vice Presidential election. CP Radhakrishnan is a very good name for the post of Vice President. Everyone has accepted it. There is no controversy, no corruption, no stain in his life, he has lived a very simple life and has only worked for the society and the country. If such a person becomes the Vice President of the country, it will be a matter of great happiness for the country. He told that Rajnath Singh is also talking to everyone and we want that we all together unanimously support Radhakrishnan in the election of Vice President and this will be useful for democracy, for our country and in running the Rajya Sabha.

   Earlier on Monday evening, an important meeting was held at the residence of Union Minister Prahlad Joshi. In which it was decided to file the nomination of CP Radhakrishnan on August 20 at 11 am. Prime Minister Modi himself will be present at the time of nomination and all the NDA MPs will join him in the nomination process.
