Three years imprisonment to the accused of molesting a minor

Firozabad: The court has sentenced the accused of molesting a minor to three years of imprisonment. A fine has been imposed on him. If he does not pay the fine, he will have to undergo additional punishment. A teenager resident of Thana Rajawali area had gone to the field on 01 January 2023. During that time a young man caught her. Molested her. He forcibly caught her and started taking her to the mustard field. When she made noise, he threatened to kill the teenager's mother. He fled after threatening.

The teenager told the family about the incident. The father registered a case against Rajendra Pal Singh alias Kaka son Jimmypal resident of Lucknow in the case. The police registered a case and after investigation filed a charge sheet against him in the court. The case went on in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge POCSO Court No. 3 Rajiv Singh. Special Public Prosecutor Ajmod Singh Chauhan argued the case on behalf of the prosecution. He told that many witnesses testified during the trial. Many evidences were presented in the court. On the basis of the testimony of the witnesses and the evidence, the court held Rajendra Pal Singh guilty. The court has sentenced him to three years of imprisonment. He has been fined. If he does not pay the fine, he will have to undergo additional punishment.
