Ranchi: The body of Dishom Guru Shibu Soren was taken from Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi to his official residence Morhabadi. His body reached Ranchi at 6:40 pm on Monday. As soon as his plane landed at Birsa Munda Airport, the entire airport area echoed with the slogan Shibu Soren Amar Rahe. The portico of the old terminal building was specially prepared to pay tribute to him. Leaders of all parties were present to pay tribute to Jharkhand's beloved Guruji. A truck was specially decorated to carry the body. On 4 August 2025, Shibu Soren died after a long illness at Sir Gangaram Hospital in Delhi. After this, a wave of mourning spread across Jharkhand. Three days of state mourning was declared in the state. From the President, Prime Minister to all the big leaders of the country paid tribute to him.
